Grounds Maintenance Packages
We’re always striving to work with you. Whether you’re looking for a fixed number of visits per year or a more tailored service contract Your Grounds Care can help. We offer several standardised grounds maintenance packages which consist of a minimum number of visits per annum, or we provide a tailored package to meet your requirements and site specifications or tenders.
Prices start from as little as £500 + vat per annum
Please see our packages below;
The ‘BRONZE’ package is our standard maintenance program. It includes the following;

19 site maintenance visits.(1 x visit a month Nov – March. 2 visits a month Apr – Oct)

Regular site visits and reports by your Contracts manager

FREE green waste removal and recycling
The ‘SILVER’ package includes the following;

26 site maintenance visits.(2 x visits every month or 1 x month in Winter and 3 visits per month Apr-Aug)

Quarterly site visits and reports by your Contracts manager

FREE green waste removal and recycling

FREE mulching of borders with our recycled wood chips

Lawns fertilised twice per year
The ‘GOLD’ package includes the following;

FREE Initial 1 day tidy-up

38 site maintenance visits.(2 x visit a month Nov – March. 4 visits a month Apr – Oct)

Quarterly site visits and reports by your Contracts manager

FREE green waste removal and recycling

FREE mulching of borders with our recycled wood chips
-
Lawns fertilised 4 times per year
YOUR GROUNDS CARE TAILORED
The packages above are not set in stone; we can visit your grounds 1 x a month or 1 x a week, or even base our staff onsite full-time. We can tailor any package to suit your needs and requirements and we can also tailor a package that includes all your external grounds maintenance, office plants, winter gritting and much much more. Also if you don’t have a schedule of works or site specification, don’t worry we can write a specification for your grounds that meets your needs.
